Services - Bead Blasting

Bead Blasting is a surface treatment utilizing round beads of glass media driven by air through specially designed nozzles at the material surface, resulting in a clean, bright, satin, uniform surface finish on complex shapes with minimal dimensional change or removal of material from the component. Bead Blasting produces a more aesthetically appealing finish than other processes which makes it suitable as a final finish on many components.

The principle uses of Bead Blasting are for reduction of tooling marks and surface imperfections, light surface peening for metallurgical enhancement.
